What is Enhanced Care?

An option for seniors to receive the highest level of care in a retirement community.  

Enhanced Care at Metta Lifestyles

Our purpose is to provide our residents with high-quality, personalized care in a safe and happy environment. We do this through wellness, empowerment and creativity

Our ability to provide the highest levels of care within a retirement community is what makes Metta so unique. Very few retirement homes can match the levels of care that we can provide. We call this our Enhanced Care program.

Our Enhanced Care bridges the gap between medium assistance and full 24/7 assistance. Typically, the services that fall under "Enhanced" require skilled nursing staff or higher levels of attention, help or equipment.  

  

At Metta, all of our homes are designed to ensure that your loved one receives the care they need when they need it. When you meet with a Metta team member for a consultation or an assessment, we can advise you of the services you or your loved one may need and want.

 

Throughout your stay with Metta, you can add or remove services you no longer need. We ensure that regular assessments are held to review care, services and discuss how we can better assist you.

Aging In Place 

At Metta Lifestyles, we can provide you or your loved one with the right care at the right time. For seniors, moving homes can be very stressful and can lead to transfer trauma also known as relocation stress syndrome (RSS). Our homes adjust the levels of care as residents need it. This means you can extend your time in a Metta home without having to switch to a different retirement home with higher levels of care or delay the move to a Long Term Care facility.
