What does a typical suite look like?

We offer a variety of suite styles specific to each community. Visit Our Communities to view layouts for each home. Additionally, feel free to book a tour and come see your future suite in person!

What are the visiting hours?

Visitors are welcome at any time! Sign in at the concierge desk when you enter our residence and visit your loved one.

Is furniture provided with the suites?

Furniture is not provided with the suites. However, we do have furniture available for residents to rent. This allows for a seamless and convenient move in.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Metta Lifestyles homes are pet-friendly, and we encourage our residents to bring their pets as long as they can be taken care of by the resident.

Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Yes! Our culinary team is happy to accommodate any dietary requests or restrictions. We also design special meals for different holidays and events. Learn more about our dining program!

Can you care for residents with dementia?

The Metta Memory program at Metta Lifestyles is specifically designed to care for seniors living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Residents live in a dedicated, secure area while receiving specialized care services. A unique feature of Metta Memory is the use of sensory murals that allow our residents to engage and stimulate their senses, learn more about our sensory murals. Our memory care philosophy requires a deep understanding of who our residents are. Our staff interact and respond to whatever our residents need in the moment.

Is there a rental lease?

Yes. All of our communities have month to month leases, so if anything ever changes, residents simply provide 30 days’ notice to the General Manager.

What if my parent’s care needs increase? What happens next?

All Metta Lifestyles Team Members are trained to look out for even the subtlest changes in our residents so we can have proactive conversations with them about their well-being. All of our communities offer additional care packages that adapt as our residents age in place. A member of our Health & Wellness team will meet with you to discuss you/your parent’s health care needs and review all of your options. What care services do you provide?

Our Health and Wellness team is available 24 hours a day and provides a range of services. This includes Memory Care, Medication Administration, Feeding Assistance and much more. What sort of amenities do your residents enjoy?
